
Facilitating local churches to face challenges by using an approach based on the principles of “Discipleship” (Matthew 28:18-20, Matthew 10:16, Romans 14:18, 1 Peter 2:9)

This program is a continuation of Disciple 1.0, namely facilitating churches in identifying, developing, and maximizing their potential and calling.
This mentoring aims for churches to identify and develop their "five loaves and two fishes"
All the descriptions and results of this mentoring process will be the material for more strategic development and management that will be studied in "Discipleship 1.1", so that it is hoped that the church can develop and have a positive impact holistically.

Assisting local churches in formulating strategic steps based on unique values to address specific needs or problems in their environment, in order to support the development and implementation of transformation projects in their respective local churches.

Aimed at facilitating churches in identifying, developing, and maximizing their economic potential. Through this initiative, local churches are encouraged to explore local resources, create business opportunities, help empower congregations in economic aspects so as to create sustainable economic independence and have a positive impact holistically.

Aimed at facilitating selected leaders from the Community Leadership Transformation program (Discipleship 1.0 & 1.1). This program is carried out through a 4-month facilitation process. The goal is to build a solid unity of vision and leadership values, so that leaders can together bring positive transformation to their churches, communities and cities.

Aimed at creating a strong ecosystem among local churches so that they can synergize in bringing transformation to their cities and regions. This program encourages collaboration between churches to explore potential, share resources, and design strategic steps that have a positive impact on their cities & regions.
