Transform is a training and development program for church leaders, communities and Christian organizations in regions in Indonesia. The goal of this program is to bring communities or organizations that have a significant impact on society, cities and provinces. The approach used is a holistic approach that is in accordance with biblical principles.

The transformation phase focuses on organizing education, training, and mentoring to develop individual and group capacity. By providing access to relevant education and training, the foundation seeks to create a generation that is more skilled, independent, and able to face future challenges.
In 2023, YWGB facilitated training and mentoring assistance with the following details:
- 478 church leader participants from 194 churches completed leadership training (Relevant Leadership Academy).
- 53 church leader participants from 30 churches in East Kalimantan completed discipleship meetings and worship praise nights.
- 24 church leader participants from 12 churches in East Kalimantan completed discipleship mentoring and facilitation.
- 20 facilitator participants from 1 church in Central Java completed group facilitation training.
- 14 church leader participants from 7 churches in Central Java completed discipleship mentoring and facilitation.
- 7 church leader participants completed microeconomic stewardship training.
- 6 church leader participants are still in microeconomic stewardship mentoring.
- 3 Christian outreach organizations complete organizational development training.
